A silky sweet foam for any type of beverage.
Whether it’s tea, coffee, soda, smoothie, frappuccino, juice, cocktail, mocktail, milk, or flavored water.

- INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pumps of vanilla syrup or 1.5 tbsp
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp milk or any milk you love
- INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pump vanilla in a cup.
- Pour in heavy cream.
- Add milk.
- Froth with a handheld frother until creamy, fluffy, or smooth.

- HELPFUL TIPS:
- It doesn’t matter what order you add the wet ingredients. If you choose to add a dry powder, such as chocolate nesquik — add it on top of the wet ingredients.
- Use any syrup you want, maybe a sugar free peppermint.
- You don’t need to add milk. Just be careful not to froth your heavy cream too long, or else it will turn into a mousse. Unless that’s what you’re going for 😉
- Turn this into a Matcha Cold Foam by scooping in Culinary Matcha or Ceremonial.
- Typically, i don’t measure the heavy cream or milk. I just pour in heavy cream, knowing it will double in size once frothed. Then add a splash of milk.
- Out of heavy cream and milk? Well i hope you have half n half! That stuff froths up great! Maybe a little too bubbly, but it works, and i love me some microbubbles.
If you don’t add milk and choose to make this into a mousse, just remember that you can turn this into any flavor! Add strawberry puree, chocolate sauce, malt powder, matcha powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie filling, or sprinkle in some of a flavor packet (the packets for flavored water, not the seasoning pack from ramen or a box of mac n cheese… please no).
