Titans Clinic – Game Review

Titans Clinic is one of those VR games that immediately pulls you in with its concept alone. You’re not fighting enemies or racing against the clock — you’re a dentist, treating massive titan patients whose bodies tower over you. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it felt calm, and focused.

Instead of chaos, the game gives you responsibility. Every patient that lies before you is counting on your precision, patience, and steady hands. It’s a refreshing change of pace from high-action VR titles, and that’s exactly why it stands out.

What really makes Titans Clinic shine is how natural the medical interactions feel. You’re physically grabbing tools, scanning teeth, and carefully (or recklessly) performing procedures — all with your own hands. VR makes every action feel deliberate. If you rush, you’ll notice it. If your hand slips, the titans react.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about diagnosing a problem, choosing the correct tool, and seeing your patient improve because of your actions. The controls feel intuitive, and the learning curve is gentle enough to ease you in without ever feeling boring.

Even though the atmosphere is relaxed, the game still challenges you. You need to pay attention to symptoms, manage your tools, and think through each step. It’s not stressful in an overwhelming way — it’s the kind of challenge that keeps you focused and engaged.

The scale of the titans adds another layer of immersion. Standing next to these enormous patients makes even small actions feel important. You’re constantly aware of your surroundings, the clinic space, and the sheer size of who you’re helping.

Titans Clinic is one of my favorite VR games to return to when I want something immersive but not exhausting. It’s perfect for sessions where I want to be present, hands-on, and relaxed while still feeling accomplished.

Each patient feels like a new puzzle, and the act of helping rather than fighting makes the experience feel rewarding in a different way. It’s a reminder that VR doesn’t always need intensity to be engaging — sometimes, it just needs purpose.

Taking care of your client’s dental work will make you feel more satisfied than them! For anyone who enjoys simulation-style VR games or wants something calming and satisfying, Titans Clinic is a standout experience on Meta Quest.
